1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VirealLab ("Service", "Platform"), operated at vireallab.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
2. Description of Service
VirealLab is a creator analytics and AI content platform that provides:
- Social media analytics for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
- AI-assisted content generation (scripts, captions, threads, articles, emails)
- Content scheduling and calendar management
- Brand deal tracking and management
- Ghost Mode writing style replication for AI content
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use VirealLab. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. VirealLab is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
4. Connected Platform Accounts
VirealLab integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and YouTube. By connecting a platform account, you:
- Authorize VirealLab to access your platform data as described in our Privacy Policy, using only the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow.
- Confirm that you own or have the right to connect the platform account.
- Agree that your use of connected platform features is also subject to the terms of service of those platforms:
You may disconnect any platform at any time from Settings → Connected Platforms. VirealLab will immediately revoke its access tokens and cease data collection from that platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VirealLab to:
- Generate, distribute, or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violates the rights of others
- Violate the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or extract the source code or data of the VirealLab platform
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Circumvent usage limits, tier restrictions, or access controls
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Collect or harvest personal data of other users
- Use the AI Writer to generate spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or content intended to manipulate platform algorithms in violation of those platforms' policies
VirealLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at its sole discretion.
6. AI-Generated Content
- Content generated using the AI Writer is owned by you.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere.
- You must ensure that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and does not infringe third-party rights.
- VirealLab makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, quality, originality, or performance of AI-generated content.
- We do not use your content or prompts to train AI models.
7. Subscription and Billing
- VirealLab offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription tiers.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@vireallab.app within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
- Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Free tier or account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
- The VirealLab platform, brand, design, and underlying technology are owned by VirealLab and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Content you create and upload to VirealLab remains your property.
- You grant VirealLab a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
- You may not use VirealLab's name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

VirealLab accesses third-party platform APIs in compliance with their developer policies:
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VirealLab does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be complete or accurate. Analytics data is sourced from third-party platforms and may be subject to their limitations or delays. We do not guarantee specific results from AI-generated content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirealLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to VirealLab in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VirealLab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
- VirealLab may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
